Diana Noh is an interdisciplinary artist working with photography, fiber, and installation. Her practice celebrates reconstructions of distressed photographs of architectural spaces and landscapes, exploring themes of trauma embedded in her family relationships and cultural in-betweenness.



Diana has exhibited pieces across Asia, North America, and Europe, at venues including Space HNH in Seoul, South Korea; Griffin Museum in Winchester, MA; Woman Made Gallery in Chicago, IL; The Arts Council in Fayetteville, NC; Editart in Geneva, Switzerland; Hudson Valley MOCA in Peekskill, NY. She has completed residencies at Peninsula School of Art in Fish Creek, WI; Talking Dolls in Detroit, MI. Her work is collected in the collections of Jennifer and Dan Gilbert, Kyungil University, and numerous Private Collections.



Diana is currently an Artist Residence at the Chicago Artists Coalition in Chicago, IL. She holds a B.F.A. from Kyungil University (South Korea) and earned an M.F.A. at Cranbrook Academy of Art (Bloomfield Hills, MI).

노시현은 사진매체를 기반으로 섬유, 설치 예술을 활용해 작업하는 멀티미디어 작가이다. 그녀의 작업은 방치된 폐가와 풍경을 담은 훼손된 사진들을 재구성하는 과정을 통해 가족 관계와 문화적 간극에 얽힌 트라우마를 탐구하고 치유의 과정을 시각화한다.

그녀의 작품은 서울의 스페이스 HNH, 미국 매사추세츠주 윈체스터의 Griffin Museum of Photography, 시카고의 Woman Made Gallery, 노스캐롤라이나주 페이엣빌의 The Arts Council, 스위스 제네바의 Editart, 뉴욕 픽스킬의 Hudson Valley MOCA 등 아시아, 북미, 유럽 전역에서 전시되었다. 그녀는 위스콘신주 피시 크리크의 Peninsula School of Art와 미시간주 디트로이트의 Talking Dolls에서 레지던시를 수행하였으며, 작품은 Jennifer and Dan Gilbert, 경일대학교, 그리고 여러 국내외 개인 컬렉션에 소장되어 있다.

현재 Chicago Artists Coalition의 레지던시 작가로 활동 중이며, 경일대학교에서 학사 학위를, 미국 미시간주 크랜브룩 아카데미 오브 아트(Cranbrook Academy of Art)에서 석사 학위를 취득하였다.
